Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking policy

You can book my live and online services online or via email.
For retreats and trainings bookings are made through a separate registration process directly with Vanessa Naumann.

Vanessa Naumann’s live in-person/online Group Masterclasses and Workshops

Non-refundable.

There are no refunds for any purchases.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for any of my live or online services, if you don’t I am not required to go over the booked time to complete the session, nor will I offer you any alternative.
You will be charged with the full price. If you do not show up at all without any prior cancellation you will be charged with the full price.

Vanessa Naumann Member Policies

Upon purchase of any of Vanessa Naumann’s digital or live workshops, programmes, 1:1 sessions, event, corporate sessions, trainings or membership plan, the purchaser agrees to the following policies.
I reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the website you are agreeing to these policies and any future revisions during your course or membership term. I will do our best to inform our users of any adjustments made, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware and comprehend the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for any services purchased from Vanessa Naumann. If a member would like to buy out their membership, their access will be removed upon receipt of payment and no refunds will be permitted for previous payments. 

All Lifetime Course purchases, Pay in Full Memberships, 1:1 or group packages, retreat or training purchases are final sale & there is no cancellation option.

Cancellation of 1:1 Mentoring Sessions

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not reschedule 48 hours in advance and can no longer make your appointment on time, you will forfeit your session and will not be provided a refund. I have a strict no cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided.

If you show up late to your scheduled session, you’ll only have the remaining time of your session available without the option to prolong your session.

Cancellation for Live Retreats

Non-refundable deposit which is paid upon registration. Cancellation 31 days or more prior to the retreat: If you paid the full amount already you will receive a refund of 50% of the retreat fee minus the nun-refundable deposit.

Cancellation 30 days or less before the retreat: Required to pay full fee. Cancellation due to illness will require a Doctor’s note confirmation. You will receive a refund on the days that you cannot attend minus the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on a subscription or a la carte purchases regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content.

There may be occasional glitches with the Online Platform or the website may experience downtime. I will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible & report any bugs with the app to my Tech Provider. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.

Billing Policy

My billing system is automated and I do not have the ability to freeze or skip payments or adjust the billing cycle for any of the members. Upon signup to any course or membership, users who choose the 12 month payment plan method will be billed automatically every 30 days. Those who choose to pay in full or lifetime access payment options will be billed once, immediately upon signup.

If you are on the 12 month payment plan and have a failed payment, the system will retry the charge 3 days later, 7 days later, and 14 days later. If your payment fails on the 14th day your plan will be cancelled and access will end. I reserve the right to refuse to retroactively apply any discount code. All discount codes are only applicable for one redemption per customer. Customers in breach of this policy are subject to a cancellation of their account or purchase without refund.

As Is Policy

Upon purchase of any of Vanessa Naumann’s line in-person or online services, the consumer is agreeing to the purchased content as is and there are no guaranteed upgrades or improvements. I reserves the right to update & alter the existing content and sell these upgraded versions separately. 

Gift Vouchers
Non refundable. Every gift voucher is one time use only and valid to be redeemed within 6months, after this period the voucher is invalid.
