Sound Therapy is a simple yet powerful way to rest your mind and body.

The only thing you have to do is lay down, relax, and listen.

A Sound Therapy Session is a full body listening experience, where every cell in our body is being stimulated with low-frequency sounds and vibration. 

It impacts us on physiological, neurological and psychological levels. Suppressed processes that are deeply encapsulated in the body and mind can be accessed and brought to the surface again to be released.

Music and sound play an essential role in our lives and most information we process is of acoustic nature. Therefore, we feel comfortable around sound, which makes it a very pleasant, non-invasive therapeutic medium.

How Sound Affects US

The sounds and vibration produced from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, xylophones and our voice, stimulate our brainwaves from a beta state into alpha or theta states of deep relaxation and revitalization.

The vibration also helps to synchronize or rebalance the frequencies within our organism, and can therefore support the treatment of illnesses related to mental imbalances (anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia), for alleviating physical inflammation and reinforcing the immune system.

Our system responds so well to this therapy as we’re mostly made of water which is a great resonance medium for vibro-acoustic treatments.

Sound Therapy is a versatile method to support all kinds of life challenges. Whether you’re looking to recover from a certain source of stress or physical pain, find ease during pregnancy, improve sleep or any other dis-ease.

FAQs

  • Not at all. No previous experience required either. Come as you are. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes or bring a sweater if you tend to get cold but that’s all. Easy.

  • Yes, I offer Online Sound Baths. You can find all upcoming events here. Online Sound Baths work very similar to in person sound baths. Your brain waves are being stimulated and with that your nervous-system can enter a restful state.

  • Yes, that’s totally fine. Babies love sound. :)

  • In case you have a pace maker or a history of epilepsy, please consult your doctor before considering a Sound Bath. Other than that, Sound Baths are good for most people.
