My desire to live life fully and freely required me to soften my mind and activate my heart. Through somatic healing, I learned to reconnect with my body, my emotions, and ultimately, the core of who I am -and that changed everything for me.

I began to integrate parts of myself I’d been at war with and slowly anchored into a place of more freedom, safety, love, and clarity.


The truth is, change is inevitable — but when you build a home within yourself and learn tools that truly support you, you meet life’s challenges with more curiosity and courage. You begin to realize that it’s safe to be yourself and keep your heart open, even in the ever-shifting wild waves of life.

  • The rhythm of our breath holds much information about us.

    1 in 10 people have symptoms of dysfunctional breathing.

    In different life situations, when we feel stress and anxiety, we may breathe more quickly, very slowly, or even hold our breath. If we don’t deal with the emotions we experience in those situations, we dissociate from our issues and our breathing pattern gets shallow and constricted.

    Breathwork is the easiest way to change your life. We can harness the power of our breath actively to transform the way we feel and behave.

    Breathwork allows our mind to let go of control so that the body can take over, reveal what needs to be cleared, and heal itself. After a session, we often experience a feeling of bliss, intense clarity, and absolute relaxation, because we let go of what we’ve been holding on to for so long, often even unknowingly.

  • Sound Therapy is a full body listening experience, where every cell in our body is being stimulated with low-frequency sounds and vibration.

    Sound and vibration impact us on physiological, neurological and psychological levels. Suppressed emotions and experiences that are deeply encapsulated in the body and mind can be accessed and brought to the surface again to be released.

    The sounds and vibration produced from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, xylophones and voice, stimulate our brainwaves from a beta state into alpha or theta states of deep relaxation and revitalization.

  • Energy mastery is an often underrated practice of developing a conscious awareness and control over how we direct, utilize and shift our own energy and how we engage with the energy of others.

    Although it feels intangible, energy influences all aspects of our life and when we learn to understand and harness our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy we empower ourselves to access our essence and purpose.

    Energy mastery involves learning to recognise and regulate the flow of energy within ourselves and in interactions with others. I incorporate practices such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, visualisation, sound and other somatic techniques to support clients in practicing and expanding self-awareness, self-care, and the intentional management of energy in daily life.

    By cultivating energy mastery, we can enhance our vitality, focus, emotional resilience, creativity, and overall life satisfaction.

    Boundaries, shadows, coping mechanisms, insecurities, among other behaviour and thought patterns, depending on your specific challenges.

  • The various somatic modalities I incorporated over the years in the work with my clients have led into a powerful body-based approach I utilise in the work with my clients to cultivate a deeper felt sense and understanding of yourself, enhance your wellbeing, and unlock your potential for personal and professional self-actualisation.

    Psycho-Somatic Therapy is an integrative approach that combines principles from psychology, coaching, and somatic (body-centered) practices. In this approach I focus on the mind-body connection, recognising that psychological and emotional factors can manifest as physical symptoms or conditions.

    This form of therapy acknowledges that the body and mind are interconnected and that addressing both aspects is essential for personal growth, well-being, and achieving desired outcomes.

    I work with individuals and groups to explore and understand the underlying psychological and emotional factors that may be influencing their life and work.

    Together, we identify and shift limiting beliefs and behaviour patterns to promote self-awareness, release emotional blockages from the body, and restore alignment and integration of mind and body.

  • Parts Work and Inner Child Work are therapeutic approaches that focus on exploring and healing different aspects of the self in a loving non-judgemental frame.

    Both parts work and inner child work support you in exploring and healing deep-seated emotional patterns, traumas, and self-limiting beliefs. By acknowledging and addressing the different triggers and aspects of your internal landscape, you promote self-awareness, emotional healing, personal growth and embodiment.

    Parts Work, also known as Internal Family Systems (IFS), involves recognizing and engaging with the various "parts" or sub-personalities within a person. These parts represent different aspects of yourself, your beliefs, emotions, behaviours and experiences. By understanding and addressing the needs and intentions of these parts, you can gain insight, resolve internal conflicts, and foster self-compassion and integration.

    Inner Child Work involves reconnecting with and nurturing the wounded or neglected inner child within yourself. It recognizes that childhood experiences can shape your beliefs, emotions, and behaviours in adulthood. Inner child work aims to heal emotional wounds, release unresolved trauma, and cultivate self-love and self-acceptance. This also involves the component of ‘reparenting’ parts of yourself, which is an empowering opportunity to learn to self-soothe in healthy ways that may have not been available to you growing up.

    In this process we often utilize visualization, guided imagery, and inner dialogue to establish a compassionate and supportive relationship with your inner child.

  • I support you in the process of integrating psychedelic experiences of Ayahuasca, Psilocybin and Breathwork. It may come as a surprise but Breathwork can also be a psychedelic experience.

    I’m not facilitating plant medicine ceremonies or workshops. I only offer pre and post experience integration guidance. I believe we’re living in times where access to plant medicines has become so easy but many participants aren’t equipped for nor intentional about partaking in this process. Therefore, I feel called to offer pre and post experience support to make the most of the knowledge and wisdom you may access during the ceremony or session and truly integrate the learnings in your life.

    Sometimes it may feel hard to go back to ‘normal life’ and interact with people that haven’t shared your experience. Through the integration work, you get to process your experience and learn how to communicate and interact with the people in your life about what happened within you.

    Integration work may include journaling, sound meditation, breathwork or other somatic practices.

    The process of psychedelic integration is quite similar to processing life challenges in a non psychedelic state. The focus here, is to make meaning of the experiences, visions and insights that emerged from the specific journey, addressing challenges or difficult emotions that may have surfaced, and integrating the newfound understanding and perspectives into your everyday life.

  • I follow a trauma-informed approach which involves understanding how trauma affects individuals physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I emphasize on creating a safe and supportive environment that avoids retraumatization and promotes healing. It involves recognizing and responding to trauma triggers, practicing active listening and empathy, providing transparency, choices and autonomy, and fostering collaboration and empowerment in the healing process.

    In our sessions we also practice giving consent, recognizing your own needs and boundaries and sharing honestly and vulnerably. I will not overstep your boundaries or tell you what to do.

    This is your process and I’m your partner in this, guiding you toward your goals and highest excitement.
